When our live receptionists reach out to you, your on-call staff, or your team, the call needs to get through. But unsaved numbers often show up as an unknown caller, and many people let those ring out. Saving our numbers as a contact fixes that, so our calls always come through as ServiceForge.
Our live receptionists and your support team will sometimes call to reach you and your staff. When our numbers are saved, calls get answered faster and nothing important slips through the cracks.
There are two ways to do it: use our digital business card to add them all at once, or save the numbers manually.
Option 1: Use Our Digital Business Card (Quickest)
Our digital business card saves all our numbers to your phone in one go, on either iPhone or Android:
Click here to open the business card link or scan the QR code below.
Tap Save Card.
This will open up a new contact in your phone. Do not click the blue checkbox at the top - this will not save. Instead, scroll to the bottom and click Create New Contact.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Create New Contact - this step is important, as it's what actually saves the numbers to your phone.
All of our numbers will be saved together under Support Team - ServiceForge, so you and your team will know it's us calling.
Option 2: Save Our Numbers Manually
Add each of these numbers to your phone as a contact. These are the numbers our live receptionists may call you from. Remember - you can add a single contact (like ServiceForge) and save all numbers under the same contact. You don't need seperate contacts for each number.

We recommend saving them all under one contact and calling it something recognizable like "ServiceForge Team" or "Answering Service".
