Forwarding your calls to ServiceForge from an iPhone takes just a minute, straight from your Settings.
Please note: Call forwarding on iPhone is available if you have cellular service through a GSM network. If you're on a CDMA network, or your carrier handles forwarding differently, you'll need to contact your carrier to set it up. If anything looks different from the steps below, reach out to us and we'll help.
Set Up Call Forwarding
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap Apps, then tap Phone.
Tap Call Forwarding, then turn on Call Forwarding. A Call Forwarding icon appears in your status bar when it's on.
If your iPhone has Dual SIM, choose the line you want to forward.
Tap Forward To, enter your ServiceForge number, then tap Back.
Keep your iPhone in range of the cellular network when you set this up, otherwise calls won't forward.
Test It
Make a test call to your iPhone from another phone. It should route straight to ServiceForge.
Turn Off Forwarding
To stop forwarding, return to Settings > Apps > Phone > Call Forwarding and turn off Call Forwarding.
If Forwarding Isn't Working
If forwarding doesn't behave as expected, it may need to be set up through your mobile carrier instead of your device. Contact them to configure it on their end, and we're happy to jump on that call with you if it helps.
