Call Forwarding Instructions - T-Mobile

Learn how to forward your calls on T-Mobile to ServiceForge live receptionists.

T-Mobile doesn't use dial-in star codes for call forwarding. Instead, you set forwarding up directly on your phone, through your device's own call settings. You can forward every call, or only when you don't answer, your phone is off, or you're out of signal range.

Please note: With T-Mobile, forwarding to international numbers isn't supported, you can only forward to 10- or 11-digit numbers, and forwarding while roaming depends on the local network.

Set Up Call Forwarding

Because the exact steps depend on your phone, follow the device guide that matches yours:

  • iPhone: Go to Settings > Apps > Phone > Call Forwarding, turn it on, and enter your ServiceForge number. Visit our full iPhone guide.

  • Android: Open Settings > Call Settings > Call forwarding, choose when calls should forward, and enter your ServiceForge number. Visit our full Android guide.

For device-specific instructions, you can also look up your exact phone on T-Mobile's Devices.

If Forwarding Isn't Working

If forwarding doesn't behave as expected, contact T-Mobile to confirm it's enabled on your line. We're happy to jump on that call with you if it helps.
