Forwarding your RingCentral calls to ServiceForge is done through your RingCentral account settings. RingCentral gives you flexible forwarding rules, so you can send calls to us all the time or only under certain conditions.
Please note: These steps are based on a standard RingCentral interface. Depending on your plan and configuration, what you see may vary slightly. If anything looks different, check your RingCentral account settings or reach out to us and we'll help.
Set Up Call Forwarding
Log in to your RingCentral account through your web browser.
Go to the Settings or Phone System section of your dashboard.
If you have multiple users or extensions, select the one you want to forward.
Open Call Handling & Forwarding (or Call Forwarding).
Choose your forwarding rule. RingCentral lets you forward calls all the time, when busy, when there's no answer, or during specific hours — pick what suits you.
Enter your ServiceForge number as the forwarding destination.
Click Save or Apply to confirm.
Test It
Make a test call to your RingCentral number from another phone. It should route straight to ServiceForge.
Turn Off Forwarding
To stop forwarding, return to the same Call Handling & Forwarding settings and disable the rule you set up.
If Forwarding Isn't Working
If forwarding doesn't behave as expected, it may be configured directly through your phone provider. You'll need to contact them to set it up on their end, and we're happy to jump on that call with you if it helps.
