Forwarding your Zoom Phone calls to ServiceForge is done through your call handling settings in the Zoom web portal.
Set Up Call Forwarding
Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the side menu, click Zoom Phone.
Click the Settings tab.
In the Business Hours (or Closed Hours) section, click Edit next to Call Handling.
For holidays: click Manage next to Holiday List & Call Handling, select a holiday, then click Edit next to Call Handling.
Click Add Phone Number and enter your ServiceForge number as the external number:
Country/Region: select the correct country/region from the dropdown (some share a country code but appear as separate entries).
Phone Number: enter the area code and your ServiceForge number.
Description: add a label so you can identify it (e.g. "ServiceForge").
Click Save.
Test It
Make a test call to your Zoom Phone number from another phone. It should route straight to ServiceForge.
Turn Off Forwarding
To stop forwarding, return to the same Call Handling settings, where you can edit or delete the external number you added.
If Forwarding Isn't Working
If forwarding doesn't behave as expected, it may be configured directly through your phone provider. You'll need to contact them to set it up on their end, and we're happy to jump on that call with you if it helps.
