Connect ServiceForge to Google Meet and every appointment gets a video link attached. It is sent straight to you and your customer in the confirmation email.
Connect Google Meet
Go to Integrations > Google Meet.
Click Connect.
Select your Google account and click Continue.
Click Allow to grant ServiceForge access.
If you have more than one Google calendar, select the one to connect.
Google Meet is now live on your account. Repeat these steps for each team member who'll be taking video appointments.
Assign Google Meet to Services
Go to Services.
Open the service or class you want to make video-enabled.
Set the Location to Google Meet and click Update.
You can manage which services have a video link from the integration tile or the Services section of your app.
Disconnect Google Meet
Go to Integrations > Google Meet.
Click Disconnect on the left side of the card.
Confirm by clicking Disconnect again.
Note: Google Meet links are currently generated for one-to-one appointments only. The link appears in the appointment details in your calendar and in your email confirmation. At the start time, click the link and you're in.
