If your team runs on Slack, connect ServiceForge and get automatic alerts posted to a dedicated channel whenever an appointment is created, updated, or cancelled.

Connect Slack
In ServiceForge, go to Integrations and click the Slack card.
Click Connect.
Enter your team's Slack domain name and click Continue.
Log into Slack with your credentials.
Choose which channel ServiceForge updates should post to, a dedicated channel works best for keeping things clean.
Click Allow, then Allow again to confirm permissions.
You'll receive a confirmation message in ServiceForge and an alert in Slack confirming the connection is live.
Disconnect Slack
Go to Integrations > Slack and click Disconnect. Updates will stop posting to your channel immediately.
