Read This Before Connecting

Zoom links are assigned per staff member using a Zoom User ID, so each team member who takes video appointments needs their own. Only a Zoom account admin can authorise the integration.

Your staff and customers will need the Zoom app to join calls. Each Zoom User ID supports up to 100 booking requests per day, if that's exceeded, Zoom won't generate a link for additional appointments that day.

This integration works on both the web and mobile apps.

Connect Zoom

  1. Go to Integrations > Zoom in your ServiceForge account.

  2. Click Connect.

  3. Enter your Zoom username and password and click Sign In.

  4. Grant ServiceForge permission to create and add Zoom meetings to your appointments.

  5. Click Assign Zoom User to link Zoom User IDs to the right staff profiles in ServiceForge.

  6. Select the Zoom User IDs from your Zoom account.

  7. Choose which services and classes should be video-enabled.

  8. Click Finish.

Zoom is now connected. A meeting link will be generated automatically every time a video-enabled service or class is booked.

Disconnect Zoom

  1. Go to Integrations > Zoom.

  2. Click Deactivate on the Zoom integration card.

New appointments won't receive Zoom links after this point. Links attached to previously booked video appointments will also be removed.
