Once enabled, appointments from ServiceForge show up in your Apple calendar. You can subscribe to as many staff calendars as you need.
Keep in mind:
Appointments are view-only in Apple calendars. Any changes need to happen in ServiceForge.
Mac and iPhone events don't sync back to ServiceForge.
Sync Appointments to Your Mac Calendar
In ServiceForge, go to Settings > My Team, select the team member, then click Integrations.
Next to Link your calendars, click Get link, then Copy link.
Open Apple Calendar and select File > New Calendar Subscription.
Paste your ServiceForge link when prompted and click Subscribe.
Adjust subscription settings—event color, refresh rate—then click OK.
You're synced. ✅
Sync Appointments to Your iPhone Calendar
In the web app, go to Settings > My Team and select the staff member whose calendar you want to sync.
Next to Link your calendars, click Get link, then Copy link.
Email yourself the calendar URL. 📧 Open that email on your iPhone and copy the link.
Open your iPhone's calendar and tap Calendars.
Tap Add Calendar at the bottom right.
Select Add Subscription Calendar.
Paste the URL in the Subscription URL box and tap Subscribe.
Review the details—no username or password needed. Add a description if you want to note whose calendar it is. Tap Save in the top-right corner.
To add another team member's calendar, repeat the process with their URL.
