Outlook Calendar Sync (1-Way)

Get your ServiceForge appointments into Outlook so everything, personal and business, lives in one calendar. No more switching back and forth.

One-way sync exports your ServiceForge appointments and events to Outlook. Once it's set up, you can view your bookings in Outlook, but all edits still happen in ServiceForge.


Subscribing to Your ServiceForge Calendar in Outlook

  1. Go to Settings > Staff and select the team member whose calendar you want to sync.

  2. Scroll to 'Calendar URL'. Select and copy the URL from the field.

  3. Open Outlook in a new browser tab. Select Calendar, then click Add Calendar in the left-hand menu.

  4. Choose Subscribe from Web and paste the calendar URL into the box.

  5. Done. Your sync is active.

Note: It may take some time for appointment data to appear in Outlook.
