One-way sync automatically adds a staff member's ServiceForge appointments to their Google Calendar. All their commitments, one place.
Note: Appointments show up in Google but can't be edited there. Updates need to happen in ServiceForge.
Sync Your ServiceForge Appointments to Google Calendar
In the ServiceForge web app, go to Settings > My Team and select your staff profile.
Click Integrations, then next to Link your calendars, click 'Get Link'.
Open Google Calendar in a new tab. In the left menu under Other Calendars, click the plus sign (+).
Select 'From URL' from the dropdown.
Paste the URL you copied and click 'Add Calendar'. Leave the checkbox unticked to keep it private.
Done. Your ServiceForge calendar now appears under Other Calendars.
Note: Initial sync happens fast, but new appointments may take up to 24 hours to appear in Google.
Pro tips:
Make sure the checkbox next to your new calendar is ticked in Google to see the appointments. Untick it to hide the view without removing the sync.
To add more staff calendars, repeat the process for each team member.
