Recover a Lost Password
Open the ServiceForge login page and click the 'Forgot your password?' link
Enter your account's email address and click the 'Send reset link' button
You'll receive an email that includes instructions to reset your password. Click the button to proceed
A page will open for you to enter a new password. Complete the process and log in with your new password
Reset Your Password (Web App)
In the web app, navigate to Settings > My profile > Edit profile
Select Login & security
Click on Password. You will then be able to update your password
Click Update password to save your new password
