Add your new email to your profile on the web app and update your login settings in a few quick steps.
π§ Only team members with Owner or Admin access can update login emails for others.
To update an Admin's login email, the Owner must make the change
To update the Owner's login email, contact our support team directly
Step 1: Add your new email address
Go to Settings > Your profile
Click the pencil icon, then select '+ Add'
Select 'Email' and enter your new email address
Click 'Save'
Step 2: Set the new email as your login
While still in Your profile, click the pencil icon and go to Login & security
In the Email dropdown, select your newly added address
Next to Password, click 'Send reset link'
A password reset link will be sent to your new email address. Follow the link to set a new password and confirm the change.

After this update, you'll use your new email and password to log in to ServiceForge.
π§ Your new email address must not be associated with another ServiceForge account. For security reasons, ServiceForge does not allow two accounts to share the same login email.
