Your ServiceForge QR code is a unique pattern that opens your Booking Page when scanned. No typing URLs, no searching, just point, scan, book.
Download Your QR Code (Mobile App)
Log into the ServiceForge mobile app and head to Settings > Booking Page > Overview.
Below your Booking URL, tap the QR code button.
A pop-up appears where you can copy, save, or share your QR code.
Download Your QR Code (Web App)
Log into the ServiceForge web app and head to Settings > Calendar & Booking > Overview. Next to your Booking URL, click the QR code button.
A pop-up appears—click Yes, Download. You'll see a notification that your code is generating.
Your QR code downloads as a .PNG image. If it doesn't pop up automatically, check your downloads folder.

🔧 Important: Your QR code is permanently linked to your Booking Page URL. Change the URL, and you'll need a new code.
How Customers Use Your QR Code
Anyone with a smartphone can scan it. Most iPhones and Androids have built-in QR readers.
Customer scans your QR code—a pop-up notification appears on screen. (They need to be connected to the internet.)
They tap the notification and your Booking Page loads in seconds.
They pick from your service menu and available time slots. They can choose a provider and add more services if needed.
ServiceForge asks for their contact details. (They'll also need to accept any T&Cs you've set.) Repeat customers can use their Customer Login instead of re-entering info.
If the service has a fee, they add payment details. You decide if payment is required or optional.
They tap 'Confirm' to book the job.
Both the customer and assigned team member get email confirmations in real time. The calendar updates automatically with all the appointment details.
