Add the 'Book Appointment' Button to Your Website

Let customers book straight from your website. 24/7, no voicemail, no phone tag. Just a button that takes them right to your calendar.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Your website is where people go to check you out before they call. A 'Book Now' button cuts out the middleman and gets them on your schedule while they're still interested.

Where to put it: Top of your homepage, your services page, your contact page. Anywhere customers land. Buttons are free, so use them everywhere. You can send visitors to your full Booking Page or drop them straight to a specific service or team member.

Hyperlink Text or Images to Your Booking Page

The quick and dirty option. Most websites let you hyperlink text or images in under a minute.

  1. In ServiceForge, go to Settings > Booking Page and copy your Booking Page URL.

  2. In your website editor, highlight the text or image you want to link.

  3. Click the hyperlink button (usually looks like a chain link).

  4. Paste your Booking Page URL and save.

Note: This won't show a fancy button. When visitors click, your Booking Page opens in their browser.

Use a Website Builder to Add Your Button

Running WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or another builder? Most have an embed widget or HTML block you can drag right onto the page.

  1. In the ServiceForge web app, go to Integrations > Booking Widget.

  2. Complete sections 1–3 and select 'I'll embed the code myself'. Copy the code.

  3. In your website builder, drag an embed widget or HTML block onto your page.

  4. Paste the code and save.

We've got step-by-step guides with screenshots for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, Drupal, Joomla, and Muse.

Making Direct Edits to Your Website's HTML

If you've got access to your site's code, this is the fastest way to get it done.

  1. In the ServiceForge web app, go to Integrations > Booking Widget.

  2. Complete sections 1–3 and select 'I'll embed the code myself'. Copy the code.

  3. Open the HTML file for the page where you want the button.

  4. Paste the code where it needs to go.

  5. Save the file. You're live.
