Personalize Your Branded Mobile App

Give your customers a direct line to your schedule. They install your Booking Page as an app on their phone, one tap and they're booked in. Great for recurring services like cleaning, landscaping and HVAC tuneups.

How Does It Work?

Your app already exists—just edit how it looks and flip on installation prompts. When people hit your Booking Page, they see a prompt to add your app. No App Store, no Google Play, no hassle. Takes less than 10 seconds.

What Does It Look Like?

Your logo, your name, your brand. One tap opens your Booking Page where customers can schedule, pay, and manage appointments, all from their phone.

Enable Your Branded App

  1. Go to Settings > Your Branded Mobile App.

  2. Your app icon defaults to your business logo. We recommend a 512px x 512px PNG for best display. Click 'Edit' to update—especially if your logo has small text that's hard to read.

  3. Your app name defaults to your business name. Keep it to 10 characters or less to avoid getting cut off. Click the 'Your app's name' field to change it.

    Note: Icons and names display differently on different devices. Lock in your choices before sharing. Edits only apply to new installations—customers who already have your app won't see changes.

  4. Next to 'Notify customers about your app', flip the switch on. Click 'Save'.

    By default, both prompts are enabled. Visitors see the install option:

    On your Booking Page home (when they arrive)

    On the confirmation page (after they book)

  5. A pop-up with a QR code appears. Scan it with your phone to preview your app.

That's it. Turn off prompts anytime, but customers who already installed your app keep access.

Promoting Your Branded App 📣
