Let customers pay in advance through your Booking Page.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Connect your payment provider and start collecting payment directly through your Booking Page. Request full payment or a deposit upfront, apply discounts, and stop chasing invoices.

Activate Booking Page Payments

  1. Go to Settings > Payments.

  2. Under Booking Page payments, flip the Accept Booking Page payments switch to On.

Require Payment Upfront

Turn on Require upfront payment to make sure the appointment isn't confirmed until the customer has paid. Flip the switch to On.

Apply a Fee, Deposit, or Discount at booking

  1. Go to Settings > Payments > Booking Page payments.

  2. Under "Do you want to apply extra charges or reductions, such as taxes or discounts?", click + Charges or Reductions.

  3. Fill in the details. You can collect a percentage deposit upfront and take the remainder at the appointment.

  4. To remove a charge or discount, click the three dots next to it and select Delete.

How Customers Pay

As customers book, they're prompted for payment just before the confirmation screen. If payment is mandatory, the job isn't locked in until they've paid. If it's optional, they can skip ahead.

A 5-minute timer runs at checkout. If they don't complete the booking in time, they're sent back to the start. This frees up the slot for the next customer.

Collect Payment for Multiple Services

  1. Go to Settings > Calendar & Booking > Booking Preferences.

  2. Navigate to Booking Flow and enable Provide Multiple Services.

Customers can now select multiple services in one booking and pay the combined total at checkout. Once payment is submitted, the receipt appears in each bundled appointment.

Verify a Payment Was Made

  1. Open your calendar and click the relevant appointment.

  2. Select the Payment tab.

  3. All payments and refunds for that appointment will be listed there.
