Each team member login comes with a unique calendar and booking link. You control what they can see and do.
Note: Logins require a valid email address in the team member's profile. One login per email, even if someone is associated with multiple ServiceForge accounts.
Activate Team Logins (Web App) π»
Go to Settings > My Team and select a team member.
Click 'Edit Profile' in the top-right.
Select 'Access & Permissions' and flip the switch to 'On'. Choose a user role:
Standard: Access to their own calendar only.
Admin: Access to all calendars, menus, and submenus.
Enhanced: Access to all team calendars and the Customers tab, but no access to other menus.
You can also allow team members to update their own working hours, breaks, and time off.
ServiceForge sends an email invitation to the team member. They open it and click 'Set Password' to activate.
Remember! The password link expires in 24 hours.
Resend an Email Invitation
Go to Settings > My Team > (Team Member) and click 'Resend Invitation'.
Recover a Lost Password
Go to Settings > My Team and select the team member.
Click 'Send reset password link'.
