Each team member has their own profile, which lets you control their availability by setting working hours, breaks, and time off.

You can also enable a Staff Login for a team member. This gives them controlled access to your ServiceForge account with a username and password they choose.

Need to keep everyone's schedule in sync? You can connect external calendar events to a team member's calendar, and sync ServiceForge appointments back to their personal calendar. Just head to the staff profile and click Integrations.
