Appointment Labels

Know the status of every job without picking up the phone. Tag appointments as Pending, Confirmed, Done, No-Show, Paid, Running Late, or create your own labels that fit how you work.

Labels are quick visual markers that help you and your team see what's happening across the calendar. Your customers never see them—they're strictly for your operation.

Keep in mind:

  • Labels sync automatically between the ServiceForge mobile app and web app.

  • Only you and team members with calendar access can view them.

Adding a Label in the Mobile App

Labels live in the Appointment Details screen, under the Label row. Open the details to see or change them.

  1. Tap an appointment to open the details.

  2. Tap the pencil icon to edit.

  3. Tap Add Label or the Label row.

  4. Pick your label, tap Save in the top right, then Save again to confirm.

Adding a Label in the Web App

Labels show right on the appointment blocks in your calendar—and in the details when you click to open.

  1. Click an appointment.

  2. Use the Label dropdown in the top right of the pop-up.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Done. Your label's now visible on the calendar.
