By default, ServiceForge keeps one booking per slot. But when the jobs pile up, you can flip on double-booking and schedule multiple appointments, class sessions, or events at the same time.
Works in daily, weekly, or monthly calendar view.
Keep in mind:
Double-booking only applies to your internal calendars - not your Booking Page. Customers still can't book into occupied slots.
Only account admins can turn this on. Staff need to talk to an admin or the account owner.
Recurring appointments and class sessions don't support double-booking. You'll be prompted to skip conflicts when setting them up.
Enable Double-Booking in Your Mobile App
Open Settings.
Tap Calendar Preferences.
Toggle Enable double booking on.
Enable Double-Booking in Your Web App
Log into ServiceForge.
Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of your calendar.
Flip the switch next to Enable double booking.
To book into an occupied slot, click the open space next to the existing booking and schedule like normal.
Tip: Use weekly or daily view to see double-booked appointments side by side. Monthly view won't show them that way.
