Working hours: When a team member is available for bookings.
Breaks: Daily blocks for lunch or short breaks.
Time off: Longer absences—vacations, sick days, extended leave.
Note: Business hours and working hours are different. Business hours show when you're open. Working hours show when each individual team member can take jobs.
Set Working Hours (Web App)
Go to Settings > Your Team and select a team profile.
Click Working hours.
Set the days and hours they're available. Click 'Save'.
Set Breaks (Web App)
Go to Settings > Your Team and select a team profile.
Click 'Breaks'.
Click 'Add a break', enable the toggle for the day, enter start and end times. Click 'Save'.
Set Time Off (Web App)
Go to Settings > Your Team and select a team profile.
Click 'Time Off' in the top menu, then 'Add time off'.
Enter a name (e.g., vacation, appointment), select start and end dates, and choose all-day or specific times.
Click 'Add' to save.
Set Working Hours (Mobile App)
Open the app and tap Settings.
Select Team.
Choose the team profile.
Tap the pencil icon.
Scroll to 'Working hours' and tap to edit.
Update the following:
Working days: Toggle between weekdays or custom days.
Working hours: Tap the time field to set start and end times. Use 'Apply to all' if they work the same hours every day.
Tap 'Save'.
Set Breaks (Mobile App)
Go to Settings > Your Team and select a team profile.
Tap the pencil icon.
Select 'Breaks'.
Choose the days, then set start and end times. Use 'Apply to all' to copy the same break to every working day.
Tap 'Save'.
Set Time Off (Mobile App)
Open the app and tap Settings.
Select Team.
Choose the team profile.
Tap 'Time off' under their information.
Tap 'Add new' in the top right.
Add a title, select start and end times/dates. Tap 'Save'.
