Advance to First Available Appointment

Don't make customers scroll through empty days. When they pick a service and provider, send them straight to your first open slot.

The Advance to First Available feature jumps customers directly to the next available date and time after they select a service and team member. Less clicking, faster booking.

Note: Turning on both Skip the Staff and First Available Appointment at the same time can slow down your Booking Page. If you notice lag, deactivate one or the other.

Activate "Advance to First Available" (Mobile)

  1. Go to Settings > Booking Page > Booking Flow.

  2. Toggle on First available appointment.

  3. Tap Save.

Activate "Advance to First Available" (Web)

  1. Go to Settings > Booking Page.

  2. Scroll to Booking Flow and toggle on First Available Appointment.

  3. When your slots are full for the week, customers automatically land on the next available opening.
