'Any Team Member' Option

Some customers just want the first available slot; they don't care who shows up, as long as the job gets done. Give them that option.

When 'Any Team Member' is enabled, customers see it above your provider list. They click it, see all available times for their chosen service, and book the earliest slot.


Add 'Any Team Member' to Your Booking Page

  1. In the ServiceForge web app, go to Settings > Booking Page > Booking Policies.

  2. Scroll to Booking Flow.

  3. Toggle on 'Any Team Member'.

  4. Open your Booking Page to confirm it's showing up.


How It Works for Customers

  1. Customer opens your Booking Page and picks a service.

  2. They see the team members assigned to that service.

  3. Instead of picking someone specific, they click 'Any Team Member'.

  4. They see all available slots and pick a time.

  5. They enter their contact details (and pay, if you've got payments enabled).

  6. At this point, they see which provider is assigned.

  7. Confirmation screen appears—and the assigned provider shows in their email confirmation and reminders too.
