The Skip Staff feature assigns a team member automatically based on who's available first, in the order they're ranked in your account. Customers still pick their slot, but they don't have to choose a person.
Note: Turning on both Skip the Staff and First Available Appointment can slow your Booking Page. If things get sluggish, deactivate one.
Enable 'Skip Team Members' (Mobile)
Go to Settings > Booking Page.
Scroll to Booking Flow.
Toggle on Skip Team Members.
Tap Save.
Enable 'Skip Team Members' (Web)
Go to Settings > Booking Page.
Click Booking Preferences and scroll to Booking Flow.
Toggle on Skip Team Members.
Click Save.
When customers book, they pick a date and time, no provider selection required.
