Every team profile in your ServiceForge account has its own Booking Page URL. Share it so customers can book directly with the person they want, whether it's your lead plumber, your HVAC specialist, or the tech who handled their last job.
Generate a Team Booking Page URL (Mobile App)
Go to Settings > Your Team and select a team member.
Next to Booking URL, tap and hold the link to copy.
Generate a Team Booking Page URL (Web App)
Go to Settings > My Team and select a team member.
Next to the 'Booking link' button, click 'Generate link'.
Notes:
You must generate the URL before customers can self-book with that team member.
URLs are structured as: yourbusiness.serviceforge.com/teammembername
Click the 'Copy' icon to grab the link and share it.
When customers visit, the team member is pre-selected and their services are listed.
This is valuable when customers want to rebook with the same tech who handled their last call—they see that person's availability and book direct.
