Schedule a class or group session with one provider and multiple attendees. Your team can reserve seats from the calendar, and customers can grab their own spot through your Booking Page.
ServiceForge notifies you when someone books a seat—and when the class is full. Your Booking Page automatically stops taking reservations when seats run out.
Classes can include video links for online demos or webinars. Just video-enable the class in 'Services' and guests get the link in their booking confirmation.
Note: After creating your class, add it to your calendar so customers can see it and book directly.
Create a Class (Mobile App) 📱
Go to Account, tap Class, and select +Class.
Enter the class name, duration, description, number of seats, and cost.
Tap Next to assign the class to a category.
Press Create in the top-right corner to save.
To delete a class:
Go to Account, scroll to Class, and select the class you want to remove.
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and choose 'Delete Class'.
Create a Class (Web App) 💻
Go to Services & Classes and click the + icon in the top-right corner. Click 'Add class'.
Enter a class name, description, cost, duration, and number of seats. Upload an image if you want.
Save your changes. Your class is created—now add sessions to make it bookable.
Go to your calendar and click a time/date to add a class session.
Save your session. It appears on the calendar for the assigned provider. Click the session to start adding attendees.
To delete a class:
Go to Services & Classes, scroll to Classes, click the three dots next to the class you want to remove, and click Delete.
