Book, Reschedule, or Cancel an Appointment

Plans change. Customers call back. Emergencies come up. Here's how to keep your schedule tight, whether you're at your desk, in the truck or out on a job.

Every appointment has three parts: the provider, the service, and the customer. Once your team and services are dialed in, booking takes seconds.

Mobile App (iOS/Android)

How to book an appointment

  1. Open your calendar and tap an available slot—or hit the + button in the bottom right.

  2. Tap Service and pick what you're booking.

  3. Choose the provider.

  4. Select the time slot.

  5. Pick the customer. Search for someone you've worked with before or tap '+Add new customer' to add their info.

  6. Review the details. If it looks right, tap 'Create' and the job's on the books.

Rescheduling an appointment

  1. Tap the appointment you need to move.

  2. Hit the pencil icon in the top right.

  3. Change the date, time, service, or provider.

  4. Tap Save.

Canceling an appointment

  1. Tap the appointment.

  2. Tap the three dots in the top right.

  3. Select Delete. Done.

Booking an appointment

  1. Click an open slot in your calendar.

  2. Select a service or class from the dropdown.

  3. Choose the customer—search or add new.

  4. Click 'Create'. The appointment hits your calendar, and confirmations go out automatically (if you've got them turned on).

Rescheduling an appointment

  1. Click the appointment.

  2. Select 'Edit Appointment' in the bottom right.

  3. Update the date, time, service, or provider.

  4. Click Save, then confirm with Yes, reschedule.

Canceling an appointment

  1. Click the appointment.

  2. Hit the three dots in the bottom right.

  3. Select Delete. Confirm with Yes, delete.

Drag-and-drop rescheduling

Need to move something fast? Drag the appointment to a new slot—on web or mobile.

  1. Click and hold the appointment.

  2. Drag it where it needs to go.

  3. Confirm when prompted.

Note: Doesn't work for appointments synced from Google Calendar.
