Off-Hours Booking

Emergency call at 10 p.m.? Enable off-hours booking so you can schedule jobs outside your regular business hours when the situation calls for it.

By default, appointments only land inside your posted hours. But when a customer needs you after hours, you can book it anyway—just flip on off-hours booking.

Keep in mind:

  • This only applies to your internal calendars. Customers booking through your Booking Page still see your regular availability.

  • Only account admins can enable this. Staff need to reach out to an admin or the account owner.


Enable Off-Hours Booking in Your Mobile App

  1. Go to Settings > Calendar Preferences.

  2. Toggle Enable off-hours booking on.

Now you can tap anywhere in the grey (off-hours) area of your calendar to schedule.


Enable Off-Hours Booking in the Web App

  1. Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of your calendar.

  2. Flip the switch next to Enable off-hours booking.

Click anywhere in the grey area to start booking outside your regular hours.
