By default, appointments only land inside your posted hours. But when a customer needs you after hours, you can book it anyway—just flip on off-hours booking.
Keep in mind:
This only applies to your internal calendars. Customers booking through your Booking Page still see your regular availability.
Only account admins can enable this. Staff need to reach out to an admin or the account owner.
Enable Off-Hours Booking in Your Mobile App
Go to Settings > Calendar Preferences.
Toggle Enable off-hours booking on.
Now you can tap anywhere in the grey (off-hours) area of your calendar to schedule.
Enable Off-Hours Booking in the Web App
Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of your calendar.
Flip the switch next to Enable off-hours booking.
Click anywhere in the grey area to start booking outside your regular hours.
