Events are built for the stuff that doesn't fit the mold like ad-hoc meetings, special requests, prep time, personal appointments, or sick days. Pick a time, add up to 50 guests, and decide if you're meeting in person or online.
Note: Event times stay off your Booking Page. Customers won't see them or book into them.
Adding an Event
Click a time slot in your calendar.
Select 'Event' at the top of the window.
Set the date, time, and duration. Add notes if you need them.
Click 'Create'.
No title? It'll show as 'No Title' - but your description helps you spot it.
Adding Guests to an Event
Invite up to 50 people. Team members get a push notification right away. Everyone, customers and crew, gets an email.
Create your event.
In the 'Add guest(s)' field, start typing a saved customer's name.
Select from the autofill list.
Repeat for more guests.
To remove someone, hover over their name and click the 'x'.
Click 'Create' to lock it in.
Note: Any edits, reschedules, or cancellations send updated notifications automatically.
Adding a Recurring Event
Click a time slot in your calendar.
Select 'Event' at the top.
Click 'Does not repeat'.
Choose your frequency from the dropdown.
Fill in the details.
Click 'Create'.
How to Reschedule an Event
Find your event on the calendar.
Click, hold, and drag it to a new time slot.
Or open it up and edit the details manually.
How to Edit Your Event
Click the event.
Hit the pencil icon.
Update title, date, time, location, guests, or notes.
Click 'Save'.
How to Cancel an Event
Click the event to open the details.
Click the three dots.
Select 'Delete'.
Confirm with 'Yes, delete'.
