To adjust these settings, log into your ServiceForge account and go to Settings > Booking Page > Booking Policies.
Lead time: How much notice you need before an appointment. Set it in minutes, hours, or days, whatever works for your business. Great for factoring in travel time to jobs.
Booking slot size: The time between available slots. Set it to 30 minutes, and your Booking Page shows 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and so on.
Scheduling window: How far out customers can book. Set the number of days or months that make sense for you.
Cancellation policy: How much notice do you require for a reschedule or cancellation? No more last-minute no-shows eating into your day.
