To access these settings, go to Calendar & Booking > Booking Policies.

Set Your Appointment Lead Time

This is how much notice you need before a booking can be confirmed online. Example: Customers must book at least 24 hours before their preferred time.

  1. Scroll to 'Appointment lead time'.

  2. Use the dropdown menus to set days, hours, and minutes.

Set Your Scheduling Window

This is how far in advance customers can book. Example: No bookings more than 6 months out.

  1. Scroll to 'Scheduling window'.

  2. Use the dropdown menus to set days and months.

Set Your Cancellation Policy

This is how much notice you require before a customer can cancel. Example: No cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.

  1. Scroll to 'Cancellation policy'.

  2. Use the dropdown to set a timeframe (up to one week).

Note:

  • Set it to 'Anytime' and customers can cancel right up to the appointment time.

  • Set it to 'Never' and customers can't cancel at all—they'll need to contact you directly.
