Add a Booking Policy to Your Booking Page
Go to Settings > Booking Page > Overview.
Scroll to 'Booking policy' and add your need-to-know details.
Tick 'Add policy to home' so it shows at the top of your Booking Page.
Click Save.
Use your booking policy to cover:
Cancellation and rescheduling rules – When and how customers can make changes.
Payment requirements – Deposits, prepayment, or payment on arrival.
Late arrivals – How you handle customers who show up late.
Service-specific guidelines – Anything else they need to know before booking.
Add Terms and Conditions to Your Booking Page
Go to Settings > Booking Page > Customization.
Scroll to 'Terms & Conditions'.
Enter a label name and paste the web address of your terms and conditions.
Click outside the form fields to save.
Open your Booking Page in a new tab and create a test appointment. At the 'Enter your information' step, you'll see a checkbox customers must acknowledge before continuing.
