Time slot intervals control how each hour breaks down visually on your calendar. Smaller intervals give you more detail; larger intervals keep things simple.
Note: This only changes how your calendar looks. It doesn't affect how customers book.
Change the Time Slot Interval ⏰ (Mobile App)
Navigate to Settings > Booking Page > Booking Policies.
Scroll to Booking Slot Size.
Pick your preferred interval from the dropdown.
Change the Time Slot Interval ⏰ (Web App)
Navigate to Settings > Booking Page > Booking Policies.
Scroll to Booking Slot Size.
Select your interval. (Example: switching from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.)
Head back to your calendar. Slots now display in 30-minute intervals. Appointments didn't shrink—they just look more condensed.
