Customer Contact Fields

Collect the info you need before the job. Customize the form customers fill out when they book, mark fields as required, optional, or add your own.

When a customer books through your Booking Page, their contact details automatically save to your Contacts in ServiceForge. You control what's on the form.

Note: The 'Name' field is always required and can't be removed.

Show or Hide Contact Fields

  1. Go to Settings > Booking Page > Booking Preferences.

  2. Scroll to Contact Fields and click each label to show or hide it.

Require Specific Fields

Toggle 'Required' on to make a field mandatory.

Add or Delete Custom Fields

  1. Click '+ Add field'.

  2. Enter a label.

  3. Click Save.

Custom fields appear under 'Additional information' in your intake form. To delete one, click the trash icon and confirm.

Note: Custom fields aren't for collecting payment info. To securely collect payments during booking, connect with Stripe. Stripe also lets customers save their card for faster future bookings.
