When a customer books through your Booking Page or gets added to your calendar, their details export to your Mailchimp list straight away. No exporting spreadsheets. No copy-pasting contacts. Just a live, up-to-date mailing list ready for your next campaign.
Note: Only default contact fields like name, email, phone number, and address can be exported. Custom fields won't transfer.
Connect Mailchimp
In ServiceForge, go to Integrations and click the Mailchimp card.
Click Activate.
In the pop-up, select Contacts and click Continue.
Log in with your Mailchimp credentials.
Select the subscriber list you want new ServiceForge contacts added to. A confirmation message will appear when the connection is successful.
Match your ServiceForge data fields to your Mailchimp data fields (see below).
Run a test to confirm everything is working.
Done - your Mailchimp integration is live.
Match Contact Fields
For the right information to land in the right place, your field titles need to match exactly across both platforms, same wording, same spacing, same capitalisation.
In ServiceForge, go to Calendar & Booking > Booking Preferences and scroll to Contact Fields. Set which fields you want to export. The Name field is included by default.
In a separate tab, open Mailchimp and go to Lists > Settings > List fields and MERGE tags.
Cross-reference the field titles in both platforms. The labels under Put this tag in your content in Mailchimp must match your ServiceForge field titles exactly for the sync to work correctly.
