Connect ServiceForge to Salesforce and keep your pipeline up to date with real-time lead information.
How It Works
When a call ends, your ServiceForge team logs the details and the integration pushes that information to Salesforce. New leads can be created and existing contacts updated.
β
New contacts created in ServiceForge export to Salesforce automatically.
β
This is a one-way integration . Contacts created in Salesforce won't import back into ServiceForge. The Enterprise version of Salesforce is not currently supported.
How to Connect
In ServiceForge, go to Integrations and select the Salesforce tile.
Click Connect.
Select Contacts as your trigger.
Enter your Salesforce login details and click Allow.
Select Contact as your action and click Continue.
Map your contact fields , choose what ServiceForge data goes where in Salesforce.
Click Continue, run a test, and you're live.
FAQs
What information lands in Salesforce? Caller contact details, the purpose of their call, and job or appointment details if they've requested an estimate. We build your receptionist script around what Salesforce needs, so what arrives is actually useful, not just a data dump.
β
Can receptionists assign contacts to existing Salesforce campaigns? Yes. We configure the specific fields and campaign assignments as part of your ServiceForge account setup.
β
Can I customise what gets sent? Yes, field mapping is set up during configuration. You decide what goes where.
