Discounts, Receipts, and Refunds

Apply discounts at checkout, pull up receipts, and process refunds.

Whether you're logging cash payments or taking card through Stripe, you can apply a discount at every checkout. Once a payment is logged, receipts and refunds are always within reach.

Apply a Discount at Checkout

  1. Open your calendar and click the relevant appointment.

  2. In the Appointment Details window, click the Payment section.

  3. Click Take Payment.

  4. Fill in the payment details as normal (cash or card).

  5. Enter the percentage discount you want to apply.

  6. Review the Payment Details and click Continue.

  7. Select the customer's payment method and complete the transaction.

  8. Once payment goes through, a digital receipt is generated. From here you can issue a refund or print the receipt.

Retrieve a Stored Receipt

Receipts live in the Payment tab of any appointment. Once the first payment for an appointment is logged, the tab converts to a Payment History, a running list of all transactions and their status (Paid or Refunded). Click any entry to open the digital receipt.

Issue a Refund

  1. From the Payment Receipt window, click Issue Refund at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Enter the refund amount in the form field and click Issue Refund to confirm.

  3. The payment will update to Refunded in the appointment's Payment History.

Note: Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear in your customer's account.
