ServiceForge automatically logs every cash and card payment made through your account. Your full payment history is available any time, exportable as a spreadsheet, and searchable by date or transaction. And if you've deleted an appointment from your calendar, you can still find the payment record and issue a refund from here.
Access Your Payment History
Go to Settings > Payments > History. You'll see a list of recent transactions across your account.
To adjust the date range, click the date button above the table. Use the calendar to set start and end dates, then click outside to save. Allow a few minutes for larger date ranges to load.
Click any column header to sort ascending or descending. Use the search field to filter by a specific term, then click Generate.
To export your data, click Download as CSV in the top right. Your full payment history will download as an XLS spreadsheet.
Retrieve a PDF Receipt for a Past Payment
In the Receipt column, click the hyperlink for any transaction to open a digital receipt in a new tab. Print it or save it for your records.
Refund a Payment
In the Refund column, click Refund next to any transaction to open the payment details window. From here you can process a refund back to the customer, even if that job no longer exists in your calendar.
