The Messages Archive is where you can store older messages so they don't clutter your inbox, but still remain accessible if you need to refer back to them.
How to Achieve A Message
Go to the Inbox tab in the mobile app
Tap to select the message you want to archive
Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner
Select Move to Archive from the menu
Where to Find Archived Messages
From the Inbox, tap the drop-down arrow in the top right-hand corner
You'll see three options: Search, Archive, and Account
Tap Archive to view your stored messages
You can toggle between your inbox and the archive any time.
If you're unable to see archived messages, make sure you're running the latest version of the ServiceForge app.
