Stay connected to every call. View your messages, give feedback on call handling, and understand exactly how your calls are being answered.

Get a List of Incoming Calls

  • Log in and choose Messages from the left pane.

  • Click the box at top left to select all messages, or pick individual ones.

  • Click the three dots at top right, then print your call details. Save as PDF from there.


How Can I See My Messages?

Log in and choose Messages from the left pane. Messages display as a list. Click one to see its contents.

You can print and forward messages through email. Check the box next to a message for options, or click the top box to select all.


What Can I See in Message Detailed View?

Message detail it gives you a complete insight into every caller interaction. Whether you're tracking lead quality, reviewing job updates, or coordinating with your team, this view brings all the important details together in one place.

You can access this view from the main Inbox screen by tapping on an individual message.

Once there, you'll see key call details, including:

  1. The caller's name

  2. The time the call was answered and the message taken

  3. The call type: A custom label defined in your script to help classify the call (Ex: Sales, Support, Inquiry)

  4. The message left for you

  5. Previous caller Activities

  6. Call Recording (if enabled)

  7. Call Transcription (if enabled)

Depending on how your script is set up, you may also see additional information in the Message detail view, such as:

  • The reason for the call

  • Other contact information collected during the call (Ex: email, company name, or custom fields)

  • Appointment or order details if any

  • Additional message details captured in the script

Additionally, from here you can:

  • Send feedback about the call to our team

  • Add notes for your team

  • Share the message with teammates

  • Move the message to Archive or Trash


How Can I Access Messages from Sub Accounts?

If you have subaccounts, you can easily filter your inbox to view messages from just one of them using the mobile app.

To view messages for your subaccount:

  1. Open the ServiceForge app on your mobile device

  2. From the Inbox screen, tap the account selector (drop-down icon) at the top left corner

  3. You'll see a list of all your accounts and subaccounts

  4. Tap the subaccount you want to view

  5. Your Inbox will then update to show only messages from the selected subaccount
