How To Connect
In ChatSupport, go to Settings and click Manage Widgets.
Select your widget.
Click Integration, then select Messenger.
Click Integrate.
On the next screen, keep Message as the default trigger and click Continue.
Sign into your Facebook account.
Click Edit Settings.
Select the Facebook page you want to connect and click Next.
Click the slider to allow ChatSupport access, then click Done.
Under the Action tab, select Message and enable two-way sync so conversations flow both ways.
Finish Set Up
Click Continue.
Under the Setup tab, select Text Message from the dropdown and map ChatSupport to Messenger routing.
Switch to the Messenger to ChatSupport tab, select Text Message from the dropdown, and map the routing in the other direction.
Messenger is now connected to ChatSupport. Messages from your Facebook page show up in your dashboard, and your replies go straight back to Messenger.
