Check Live Answering Usage

Monitor your plan usage in real time through your online account. Click login on the top right corner of the ServiceForge website, then select Reports from the left pane. You'll see calls handled, total minutes used, and average call duration with a clean graph showing trends.

View call details in list format with specifics on each interaction. Download the data in CSV format by clicking the download button.


What If I Go Over Plan Minutes?

We email you at 80% and 100% of your usage. Calls exceeding your plan are charged at a different rate (depends on your plan).

Expecting higher volume? Call us at 1-800-485-5879 or email care@serviceforge.com. We can upgrade your plan and retroactively adjust your rate for the current month. Just reach out before the end of the month.

You can also change your plan through your online account.


How Are Minutes Calculated?

Minutes include the full time to handle the call plus after-call work.

Calls under thirty seconds aren't charged. For calls over thirty seconds, we round up to the nearest whole minute. A call lasting one minute and twenty-five seconds rounds to two minutes.

Check usage anytime in Reports.


What's the Billing Cycle?

Invoices generate on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage. Direct debit processes on the 1st. For example: January usage (1st–31st) generates a February 1st invoice. Your first month is prepaid.


Do Minutes Carry Over?
