To make changes:
Go to Settings
Go to Business Lines
Choose the Business Line you want to edit
Choose Call Flow from the tabs
Hit the pencil icon to edit the script
After editing, hit Enter to confirm
Contact your Client Account Manager before making any major changes so we can make sure the call flow works right.
