Getting ServiceForge live answering up and running is easy. Forward your calls, set up your script, and configure features that fit how you work.

Forward Calls

  • Forward ALL calls: dial *72(SF Number) or 72#(SF Number). Turn off with *73 or 73#

  • Forward when line is busy: dial *90 or 90#. Turn off with *91 or 91#

  • Forward after certain rings: dial *92 or 92#. Turn off with *93 or 93#

Works for most networks. Check with your provider if you're unsure.
