When you book an appointment, the cost and duration auto-fill based on the service. But if a job runs long or needs custom pricing, you can override it for that one booking.
Change Cost or Duration (Web App) 💻
When editing an appointment, you'll see lock icons next to the cost and duration. That means they're locked to the service defaults.
Go to your calendar and select the appointment you want to edit.
Click Edit in the appointment window.
Click the cost to change it, or the duration to adjust the time.
Save your changes.
Change Cost or Duration (Mobile App) 📱
Tap an appointment to open the details, then tap the Service. Hit the pencil icon to edit.
In the Service Overview, tap Cost or Duration to change them.
Tap Next in the top right to save, then tap Save again on the next screen.
