Block Customer

Dealing with repeat no-shows or spam bookings? Block them. You control who gets on your schedule.

When you block a customer, they can't book through your Booking Page anymore. They'll still appear in your customer list for reference, and you can unblock them anytime. Blocking doesn't delete their records or appointment history.

Note: Make sure email address and/or phone number are required fields during booking. That's how ServiceForge identifies and blocks a customer.

Block a Customer (Web App)

  1. Go to Customers.

  2. Select the customer you want to block.

  3. Click the three dots (โ‹ฎ) in the upper-right corner of their profile.

  4. Choose Block Customer from the dropdown.

  5. Confirm when prompted.

Once blocked, they can't make new appointments using their saved email or phone number.

Unblock a Customer (Web App)

  1. Go to Customers.

  2. Find and open the blocked customer's profile.

  3. Click Unblock at the top of their profile.

  4. Select Unblock Customer and confirm.

They'll be able to book again through your Booking Page.

Block a Customer (Mobile App)

  1. Go to Customers.

  2. Select the customer you want to block.

  3. Tap the pencil icon in the upper-right corner.

  4. Choose Block Customer from the dropdown.

  5. Confirm when prompted.

Unblock a Customer (Mobile App)

  1. Go to Customers.

  2. Find and open the blocked customer's profile.

  3. Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner.

  4. Select Unblock Customer and confirm.
