The ServiceForge add-on for Gmail reads customer emails and pulls out the relevant details automatically like date, time, service requested, and pre-fills your booking form.

Install

  1. In Gmail, click the Settings (gear) icon in the top right and select Get add-ons.

  2. Search for ServiceForge in the G Suite Marketplace.

  3. Click the ServiceForge card, then click Install.

  4. Follow the authentication steps to complete installation.

How to Use It

Open your Gmail side panel by clicking the pull-out tab in the bottom right of your inbox. Open a customer email requesting an appointment, then click the ServiceForge icon in the side panel.

The add-on reads the email and pre-fills time, date, and service details automatically. Follow the prompts to select or create a customer profile and confirm the booking. The appointment lands straight in your ServiceForge calendar, and confirmation messages go out as normal.

Note: You'll need to log into your ServiceForge account through the add-on the first time you use it.
