The ServiceForge add-on for Gmail reads customer emails and pulls out the relevant details automatically like date, time, service requested, and pre-fills your booking form.
Install
In Gmail, click the Settings (gear) icon in the top right and select Get add-ons.
Search for ServiceForge in the G Suite Marketplace.
Click the ServiceForge card, then click Install.
Follow the authentication steps to complete installation.
How to Use It
Open your Gmail side panel by clicking the pull-out tab in the bottom right of your inbox. Open a customer email requesting an appointment, then click the ServiceForge icon in the side panel.

The add-on reads the email and pre-fills time, date, and service details automatically. Follow the prompts to select or create a customer profile and confirm the booking. The appointment lands straight in your ServiceForge calendar, and confirmation messages go out as normal.

Note: You'll need to log into your ServiceForge account through the add-on the first time you use it.
