Turn on Customer Logins (Mobile)
Go to Settings > Booking Page.
Under Booking Flow, toggle on 'Customer login'.
Tap Save.
Turn on Customer Logins (Web)
Go to Settings > Booking Page > Booking Preferences.
Under Booking Flow, toggle on 'Customer login'.
Click Save.
What Your Customers See
Before booking: They enter their email or sign in with Google or Facebook. They get a one-time login code, no password needed.
After login: They see past and upcoming appointments and can edit their contact info.
It's faster for repeat customers and adds a layer of personalization they'll appreciate.
Customer Profile
Customers can access their profile anytime by clicking the icon in the top right of your Booking Page. From there, they view appointments and update their info.
