Add Live Chat (ServiceForge Agents Answer)
Go to the ServiceForge App
Go to Settings
Select Live Chat from the left sidebar
Click Activate
A client service representative will contact you within 24 hours via the phone number you provided upon signup
They'll give you a demo of the live chat feature, provide instructions on how to add it, and assist with installation
If you don't answer: we'll email your special code to the email address you provided upon signup with instructions to add the code to the back end of your website. The email will include an appointment booking link. Click the link and schedule an appointment with our team.
Add Live Chat (Answer Yourself)
Go to the ServiceForge App
Go to Settings
Select Live Chat from the left sidebar
Click Activate
You'll receive your special code via email with instructions to add the code to the back end of your website
